Does your company have
a challenge statement to contribute?

BEAMP is where bold ideas meet
real-world impact.
The Built Environment Accelerate to Market Programme (BEAMP) is a multi-agency initiative designed to build a vibrant innovation ecosystem for the Built Environment (BE) sector in Singapore.
By connecting solution providers with challenge owners across the built environment industry, BEAMP helps fast-track innovation and turn promising ideas into tested, deployable solutions. Our mission? To spark a vibrant, future-ready innovation ecosystem that transforms the way we build, live, and thrive.
BEAMP is jointly driven by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), JTC Corporation (JTC), and Enterprise Singapore.
The first cycle of BEAMP was launched in 2019. Over five cycles since, more than 60 industry firms have contributed around 100 unique challenge statements in search of innovative and impactful solutions. During this time, BEAMP has awarded over 50 projects, fostering collaboration and accelerating the adoption of new technologies across the built environment sector.
