The Built Environment Accelerate to Market Programme (BEAMP)
is a multi-agency initiative designed to build a vibrant innovation ecosystem for the Built Environment (BE) sector in Singapore.
BEAMP returns this year to facilitate the adoption of advanced building technologies, enabling greater sustainability, quality, and productivity outcomes in the building and construction sector.

Opportunities and Funding Support
Awarded innovators will gain the opportunity to co-develop, test-bed and pilot solutions with leading companies in the Built Environment sector.
The programme will provide funding support to local startups and SMEs for up to 50% of qualified costs for awarded projects, and up to 70% of qualified costs for sustainability-related projects, capped at S$50,000 for the Accelerate Solution Development phase and S$250,000 for the Market Development phase.

As part of the enhancement for Cycle 6, selected solution providers will be provided further assistance to deploy new solutions through small-scale commercial trials. This will help them secure early market traction and build a track record.

FAQs
We are looking for innovative startups and SMEs that possess or can develop a solution that addresses at least one of our challenge statements. Participants must also be driven to develop and test their solutions along with the Challenge Statement Owners in Singapore during and after the challenge, and / or partner with a local industry player.
This competition is open to all startups and SMEs across the world. Overseas startups and SMEs are required to set up a local entity to qualify for BEAMP grant support.
Public researcher(s) can participate by contributing to a joint submission with industry partners.
Note that the industry partner would lead the proposal submission and commercialise the solution.
All proposals are to be submitted by a registered company.

You are free to submit as many solutions as there are challenge statements. Applicants should consider their own resource availability if they are making multiple submissions. Check the complete list of challenge statements here.
Submissions will officially close on Friday, 31 October 2025, 11.59pm (GMT+8).
All submissions will assessed based on the following criteria:
Effectiveness
How clear is the proposal in addressing the outlined challenge?
How effective is the solution in solving the challenge statement?
Feasibility
How sound is the proposal for the pilot?
Is the solution technically feasible and scalable?
In terms of time, effort, and cost, how likely will users / stakeholders adopt their solution?
Innovativeness
How does this proposed solution compare to the next best alternatives?
Does the team have the technical capabilities to customise a solution for the context of this challenge?
Credibility
Do the founders and team have relevant past experience and successes?
Does the company have a strong portfolio of clients or investors to sustain their business?
Commercial Viability
Is the solution in-demand and scalable?
Is there a go-to-market strategy?
The Programme will not take a stake in the IP. All background intellectual property (IP) rights are owned by creators. Any commercialisation of IP generated during this Programme shall be negotiated separately between the participants and respective challenge sponsors
Enterprise Singapore will support local startups and SMEs[a] with up to 50% of qualified costs, capped at SGD50,000 for the Accelerate Solution Development phase and capped at SGD250,000 for the Market Development phase. Sustainability-related projects may be supported at up to 70%.
Winners are required to submit a proposal for the grant to bca_beta@bca.gov.sg and receive an LOI from the respective Challenge Sponsor, which will include and not be limited to a defined project scope, budget and milestones. The proposal and agreement will then be reviewed to determine the final amount of funding.
